Cancellation Policy
The $100 deposit will be applied to your hair appointment. Cancellations or Rescheduling MUST be made 24 hours in advance of your appointment. If you do not call or reschedule online prior to the 24 hours, your deposit is NON -REFUNDABLE. New Policy Effective Immediately: To ensure your experience is relaxing and safe, the salon is strictly a kid-free zone—no exceptions. The salon environment isn't child-friendly due to the presence of other stylists' equipment and belongings, which can pose safety hazards. Having children present also impacts my ability to provide you with the focused, quality service you deserve. I appreciate your cooperation and understanding in helping to maintain a comfortable and safe space for everyone. Thank You.
