You will receive a reminder notice before your appointment via email

All cancellations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours before your appointment

If you cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment, your deposit will rollover to your next scheduled appointment

If you DO NOT CANCEL or RESCHEDULE prior to 24 hours your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE

I recognize that emergencies occasionally occur and these instances I will work with you at my discretion to reschedule your appointment or return your deposit

For everyone's safety and relaxation, the salon is a kid-free zone—no exceptions. The space isn’t child-friendly, and little ones can disrupt the focus and quality of your service. Thanks so much for understanding.
